New Waterfront Construction at Rehoboth Beach Country Club Community

A new waterfront house is being built by Toback Builders in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. This 5,500 sq ft home includes 5 bedrooms & 6 1/2 baths. It will also include a first floor owners suite, pool, and dock. We are expecting it to be finished around June!
